Spinningfields is a vibrant destination with luxury international fashion brands, restaurants and bars and an extensive public realm including large pedestrianised walkways and public squares. A few of our most popular areas: - Spinningfields Square is bordered by some stunning architecture including the neo-gothic John Rylands Library, glass framed RBS building and parade of designer stores including Mulberry and Flannels that form The Avenue leading off from the square. - Crown Square is a lively location due to the quirky Oast House whose courtyard frequently hosts live entertainment and at Christmas is adorned with festive tepees, as well as the Courts of Justice which provide a striking backdrop. - Hardman Square will be available from Summer 2018. The Square will be transformed into The Field, an ''urban oasis'' that celebrates green space with beautiful landscaping that complements the timber framework of The Ivy and reflects against the glass of No.1 Please enquire to discuss our entire portfolio of locations available..

The space is two large connected railway arches with a single shutter entrance with a first floor mezzanine balcony in one. The arches have not been lined like other Network Rail owned spaces instead they have the original brickwork which has been painted white/grey but has since degraded in places leaving large sections of original red brickwork exposed. The floor is old battered concrete with the odd splash/streak of paint. Attached to to several of the walls are giant, industrial infra red heaters. To the rear of both arches we have two giant sections of semi-transparent white plastic which allows the Sun through (they are south facing). In arch 6 there are several new plasterboard walls built to house the toilets which have been painted red as well as some small sections of exposed OSB walling. Underneath the mezzanine there is a lunge area full of mismatched retro sofas, armchairs, side tables, coffee tables, lamps and mirrors. There is festoon lighting throughout or large industrial lighting which can be switched on. In arch 5 there is a 20ft black container which is used as a beer cellar which is wrapped in a bar area created using recycled materials (scaffold and reclaimed boards) plus on top there is a giant beer board which mirrors the shape of the arch and has it''s own festoons..
