Description: Based on a 2.75 acre site the facility has over 24,000 sq ft of floor space, including two sound stages, production offices, workshops, and a nine bedroom manor house. This fully equipped is situated in close proximity to Galway city centre.

OFFICES
There are 3.000 sq feet of office space with telephone, fax and internet facilities. Catering and kitchen facilities. There is also security compound with 80 parking spaces on site.
STUDIO
Studio A (6,370 sq. feet).
Studio B (7,840 sq. feet) with lighting grid and catwalks, construction workshops, props storage, make-up and wardrobe rooms.
THE MANOR HOUSE
Situated adjacent to the studio is a "Georgian Style" manor house for accommodation and set purposes. The house has 9 en-suite bedrooms. Fully functional kitchen suitable for professional catering, a board room and a spacious reading room.

The studio can provide a comprehensive lighting and grips package and conjunction with Telegael can provide a first class post production service to every project undertaken at the studio. As one of Ireland’s leading television production and animation companies Telegael can offer both off-line and online picture editing, graphics and sound post-production services in Hi-definition Television formats.
